Since the the bill was signed into law Aug. 10, 2022, Veterans who filed PACT Act-related claims have received more than $1 billion in benefits.
More than 3 million Veterans have received toxic exposure screenings and 500,000 claims for toxic exposure-related benefits have been filed.
There was also a 15% increase from the same timeframe the year before of Veterans that have enrolled in VA health care - More than 215,000 during that timeframe (since Aug. 10, 2022).
The PACT Act is the biggest expansion of Veteran health care and benefits in generations.
